Finish that holds the schedule.

Architectural millwork, casework, and finish carpentry for East Tennessee general contractors — multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, and senior living, installed to spec and on schedule.

Commercial Finish

Built to spec, installed to last.

Commercial casework and architectural millwork installation is the core of what we do on a buildout — casework, wall paneling, running trim, and the rest of the finish scope, set to the approved drawings. Most of that work comes through general contractors, architects, and designers, but we also work straight for the building owners and businesses behind East Tennessee’s commercial projects. We work off the approved finish schedule and submittals, build to the detail on the drawings, and staff the scope so the finish trades don’t hold up the rest of the job. It has to take commercial traffic and pass inspection. And we’re never the reason a job runs late.

Where We Work

Commercial finish, room by room.

Multifamily & senior living

Unit casework and trim, plus the corridor and amenity millwork. This work repeats across every floor and every phase, and it all has to match.

Hospitality

Lobby, restaurant, and guest-room millwork. The finish is front and center in a hospitality space, so it gets a close look.

Office & professional

Reception desks, conference-room casework, and trim packages, usually on a tenant-improvement schedule.

Retail & light commercial

Store fixtures, feature walls, and display millwork. Retail space takes a beating, so it has to hold up to the traffic.

What Matters On Commercial

Schedule, spec, repeatability.

  • Commercial runs on the schedule. You need a finish sub who staffs to your phasing and doesn't end up on your critical path.
  • We build to the approved shop drawings and submittals. What the architect specified is what we install.
  • Most of a commercial job is repeated work, not one-off showpieces. Every unit has to come out the same, so we set the layout once and hold to it.
  • The finish has to hold up to commercial traffic and pass inspection long after opening day.

Millwork & Casework

Casework and architectural millwork, installed to the shop drawings.

Casework is the commercial cabinetry a building runs on — reception and check-in desks, nurse and teller stations, lab and classroom casework, and the break-room and copy-room runs in back-of-house. Architectural millwork is the rest of the fixed woodwork: wall paneling, reveals, feature and accent walls, running trim, and the lobby and reception features a space gets judged on. We install both.

We’re the install sub, not the shop. The owner or the millwork shop furnishes the casework and material, and we set it to the approved shop drawings, plumb and level, scribed to the wall and fastened into backing, then trim it out and hand it off. Offices, medical and dental, schools, senior living, hospitality, and retail: the casework repeats across the job, so we set the layout once and hold it unit to unit. Send the drawings and the submittals and we’ll bid the labor to them.

Why GCs Add Us

One finish sub, built to spec.

We’re licensed and insured, we bid off the finish schedule, and we install to a millwork-shop standard. You get one sub for the whole finish scope and an itemized number up front. We leave it punch-light and broom-clean for the next trade and the inspector.
