Craftsmanship first
A lot of the job is the part nobody's supposed to notice. We look for carpenters who care whether a miter still reads tight a season later and whether a reveal holds even down the whole run.
Dependable on site
Show up when you say you will and keep the builder in the loop. We clean up behind ourselves every day, and we're never the reason a trim package runs late.
Range across the finish
You move between cabinets, doors, crown, and stairs without missing a beat, or you're a helper who wants to pick up the rest of the finish package.
In it for the craft
Whether you've been running trim for years or you're new to the trade, you take the work seriously and want to get better at it. We put a lot into developing our guys, and we look for people who want that.
